Petermann P16 Used to turn larger diameters. High accuracy. Extremely consistent. We usually run aerospace components on this machine. 1 machine in operation.  

Petermann P7 Most popular among our machines. Can handle upto 10 mm in diameter. Majority of our components with threading, tapping, drilling, slotting are done on these machine. 15 machines in operation.

Bechler AS/AR10 Can handle diameters upto 12.5 mm. Very reliable machines. High quality is achieved for manufacture of Needles. 5 machines in operation.

We have the best machines of its kind, imported from the Land of Precision - Switzerland. We use sliding head auto lathes so we can achieve better quality than other machines. In fact, the components manufactured on our machines have better finish, lower cycle time and high accuracy than that of CNC fixed head machines. This enables us to manufacture in bulk easily, and more likely, at a lower cost. Number of machines in use: Sliding Head Auto Lathes   -  75 Nos. Fixed Head Auto Lathes     -    2 Nos.
