1990

Started off with one Petermann P3 machine supporting HMT with four partners.

1995

Moved the machine into Mr. Nayak's garage and partners managing the business were two.

1997

Imported twenty assorted Swisstype Sliding Auto Lathes from Switzerland - The land of precision. All machines were moved into a new shed which was built on the newly acquired land next to Mr. Nayak's residence. This now, makes our Office & Unit 1.

2004

Partnership was dissolved and now continues to be operated as a sole proprietorship business.

2007

Acquired half an acre plot at the KIADB Industrial Area.

2008

Our Unit 2 was in place and went into operation in the month of February.

2012

Added ten more Petermann P4 auto lathes.

2013

Added three Bechlers, and a Tornos to our setup. Bought over Sumukha Precision Products (Factory with Plot & Machines). This unit is now operated under the name of NAYAK PRECISION.

2014

Looking forward for grabbing hold of and executing export orders.

2017

Raised two new Sheds to accomodate the machines bought over from HMT Watc Factory, Tumkur & Bangalore Enhanced Power to 65 HP. Planning to add a CNC Turning Center and a CNC Vertical Milling Center to establish & support Exports. Also planned to get certified with ISO 9001:2015 standard by the first quarter of 2018.
