We deal with extreme precision. Some of the jobs demand upto 5 microns (0.005 mm.) accuracy, and we are quite glad to accomplish them. We use Swisstype Sliding-head Auto-lathes which are driven by Cams, for our automatic production, and for additional/secondary operations, we have supporting lathes/machines that can handle almost any type of jobs. We have all the supporting operations in house so as we can reduce delays, offer better pricing, and at the end of the day, the customer is happy. Supporting operations: Boring, gear Hobbing, milling, and reaming. Cam design, shaving and milling Centering, drilling, tapping, and threading Tool grinding, and lapping. We use ISO 9001 standards for our quality monitoring during production, initial, online and final inspections.
