Mr. Arun Nayak, who graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1979 from Bangalore University, worked at various organizations biz VST Tillers & Tractors Ltd. for two years, HMT Ltd. - Watch Factory IV for 17 years as AGM, retired voluntarily, had the vision of setting up an industry which would manufacture and supply the best in class quality components for our Indian market with the best possible customer service. This vision, now has been sought and the business boasts a host of resources and the quality of the precision components made and the customer testimonials speak for themselves! His technical expertise and guidance is highly regarded by the employees at SVA, other Entrepreneurs and customers. Mrs. Mita Nayak, Mr. Arun Nayak's wife, who holds a degree in Commerce, has played a vital role in the success of the business. By starting off in 1995, she was primarily in charge of Quality in the early days and has ever since taken care of the business like her child. With her efforts, the business was accreditted with the 'Shop Guarantee' by Titan Industries Ltd., and then with the ISO 9001 certification. Mr. Abhinav Nayak, son of Mr. & Mrs. Nayak, has a degree in Computer Science & Engineering, has a wide variety of experience with computers, technology and in general, with engineering being his passion. He joined the business in 2010, now looks into Finance, manages HR related activities and now is a backbone to the business.
